A founding member of Wilson, Bush, Durkin & Keefe, John Durkin’s practice includes domestic relations, divorce, personal injury, domestic violence, civil litigation and criminal defense.
John is admitted to practice law in all New Hampshire state courts as well as federal court. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the Nashua Bar Association.
John is a 1995 graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Center). He also holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. During law school and following his admittance to the New Hampshire Bar Association, John worked as an associate for the Nashua law firm of Kinghorn & Maynard, P.C. John worked directly under the supervision of the Honorable Clifford R. Kinghorn, Jr.
As well as providing litigation services throughout New Hampshire courts, John’s services also include private marital mediation. John has completed the New Hampshire Marital Mediation Program and is currently pursuing his court certification.
A native of New Hampshire, John is actively involved with girls’ softball serving as director on the Bedford Girls Softball League, Souhegan Valley Softball League, and coaching all levels of girls softball.
