Client charged in Lowell District Court with Operating Under the Influence 2nd Offense. Attorney Bush convinces the Court to adopt his recommendation of a Commonwealth v. Cahill disposition which results in a 90 day loss of license as opposed to the Commonwealth’s request for a 2 year license loss.

November 16, 2017 – Assault and Battery with Deadly Weapon Dropped

Client charged with Assault and Battery with a Deadly Weapon in Lowell District Court as a result of allegedly running into someone with his car. Commonwealth drops charges on day of hearing.

November 14, 2017 – Operating After Suspension Dropped

November 13, 2017 – DWI 2nd Offense Dropped

Client charged with DWI 2nd Offense, Resisting Arrest and Assault on a police officer in Nashua District Court. After negotiating with the State the DWI 2nd offense was dropped and the Assault on a police officer was placed on file without a finding. Defendant pleads guilty to Resisting Arrest.

September 1, 2017 – Felony Charges Dropped

Defendant originally charged in Hillsborough County Superior Court with Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated as a result of an accident which resulted in the death of a motorcyclist. Defendant subsequently charged with Felony Conduct After Accident, Possession of Marijuana and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Both Felonies and all of the above charges were dismissed. The defendant pled guilty to Misdemeanor Reckless Conduct and received a suspended sentence and no license loss.

Client charged in Jaffrey District Court with Operating After Suspension. This is a major motor vehicle offense. Charge reduced to Driving Without a License (minor motor vehicle offense) which prevented client from Habitual Offender Certification.

July 27, 2017 – 2nd Offense Driving While Intoxicated Charge Reduced to 1st Offense

Client is charged with Driving While Intoxicated 2nd offense in Nashua District Court. Client is faced with minimum mandatory jail time and a 5-year license loss. Attorney Bush is able to negotiate a reduction to a 1st offense and the State withdraws the Administrative License Suspension. Client receives a 1-year license loss (as opposed to 5-years) and avoids jail time.

Client charged in Merrimack District Court with Driving While Intoxicated. Client arrested and submitted a breath sample of .13. Through negotiations with the Prosecutor, the State agrees to reduce the Driving While Intoxicated charge to a Reckless Driving.

July 20, 2017 – Domestic Violence Charges Dropped

Client charged in Merrimack District Court with Criminal Mischief (Domestic Violence Related). Attorney Bush negotiates the dismissal of the charges provided the defendant remains of good behavior for one year.

July 18, 2017 – Simple Assault Charges Dropped

Client charged in Laconia District Court with two counts of Simple Assault. Attorney Bush negotiates the dismissal of all charges provided that the defendant remains of good behavior and perform community service.

July 13, 2017 – Felony Driving While Intoxicated Reduced to 1st Offense.

Client charged in Merrimack District Court with Felony Driving While Intoxicated as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Attorney Bush successfully negotiates a reduction of the Felony charge to a Class B Misdemeanor. Client receives the minimum mandatory sentence on a First Offense Driving While Intoxicated.

July 13, 2017 – Driving While Intoxicated Charges Dropped

Client charged in Merrimack District Court with Driving While Intoxicated. Attorney Bush negotiates an agreement with the Prosecutor and the State agrees to drop the Driving While Intoxicated charge and withdraws the Administrative License Suspension. The client does not lose his license.

After negotiations with State Police, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated is dismissed and client pleads to a reduced charge of Driving While Intoxicated.

May 12, 2017 – Defendant avoids jail time as Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated charge is dropped

Client charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. Through negotiations between Attorney Bush and the State, the Aggravated DWI charge is dropped and the client pleads to DWI and receives statutory minimum mandatory license loss. May 8, 2017 – Hung Jury in MA OUI case

Client charged with OUI in Lowell District Court. Jury refuses to convict after hearing all evidence and mistrial is declared.

May 2-3, 2017 – Defendant convicted of only 1 of 5 Felonies after Jury Trial

Defendant charged with 5 Felonies including Reckless Conduct, Criminal Mischief and Criminal Threatening. Jury finds defendant not guilty on Criminal Threatening. Both Criminal Mischief Felony charges are reduced to misdemeanors due to evidentiary issues. A separate Felony is nol prossed prior to trial. Defendant convicted of one Felony, Reckless Conduct.

April 19, 2017 – Driving while Intoxicated charge dropped

Defendant charged in Nashua District Court with Driving While Intoxicated. After negotiation with Police Department, charge is reduced to a Negligent Driving and client receives a 30 day license loss. State agrees to withdraw Administrative License Suspension due to an error of law.

April 11, 2017 – Defendant charged with Driving While Intoxicated in Derry District Court by the Chester Police. After trial, the Defendant was found not guilty of the DWI charges.

April 6, 2017 – Defendant charged in Nashua District Court with Driving While Intoxicated. Attorney Bush negotiated with the State and was able to get the DWI charge nol prossed and the Defendant pled to a reduced charge of Reckless Driving.

April 5, 2017 – Defendant charged in Hillsborough County Superior Court (South) with Felony drug possession. Case reduced to Misdemeanor after negotiations with the State.

April 3, 2017 – Client charged with 2nd Degree Assault, a Class B Felony. Attorney Bush successfully argued that a Felony did not occur and the charge was dismissed after a probable cause hearing. Defendant pled to a Simple Assault and received a suspended sentence.

March 31, 2017 – Defendant facing a 2 year license loss at an administrative hearing on a DWI 2nd offense. Attorney Bush successfully argues that the defendant was not read the Administrative License Suspension Right in Section 1 of the DSMV426 form and the order of suspension was rescinded.

March 30, 2017 – Defendant charged in Somerville District Court with Possession of a Dangerous Weapon. Attorney Bush convinces Assistant District Attorney that the search of the vehicle was illegal and the case is dismissed.

March 30, 2017 – Neighbor seeks stalking charge against defendant in Nashua District Court. Attorney Bush successfully argued for dismissal after hearing by Court (Leary J) as petitioner failed to meet her burden under stalking statute.

March 29, 2017 – Defendant charged in Nashua District Court with Felony theft. After negotiations with the State, Felony is nol prossed and the defendant pled to a reduced charge of a misdemeanor with no jail time.

March 28, 2017 – Defendant charged with Domestic Violence related Criminal Threatening and Simple Assault in Hampton District Court. Both charges dismissed on day of trial.

March 22, 2017 – Defendant charged with DWI 2nd offense in Nashua District Court

With a prior offense within the past 2 years, defendant was eligible for a minimum mandatory sentence of 30 days in jail. The defendant submitted to a breath test with a result of .15. Attorney Bush was able to negotiate the case to a DWI 1st offense and the defendant received no jail time.

March 9, 2017 – Felony Drug and Reckless Driving Charges Dropped

Client charged in Nashua District Court with Felony Possession of a Controlled Drug, Misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Drug and Reckless Driving. Defendant pleads to Misdemeanor Possession of Controlled Drug. Felony and Reckless Driving charges are dropped. Reckless Driving carries a minimum mandatory 60-day license loss.

March 6, 2017 – Felony Dismissed at Probable Cause Hearing

Client held on Felony 2nd Degree Assault charges and $50,000 cash or surety bail. At contested Probable Cause Hearing, Judge dismisses Felony and reduced bail to $2,500 cash and Defendant is released the same day.

Feb 1, 2017 – Defendant charged in Wrentham District Court with Assault and Battery with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of an accident and Negligent Operation of a motor vehicle. All charges were dropped on the day of trial.

January 4, 2017 – Client charged by Hollis Police Department with Multiple Felony Theft counts. After Attorney Bush negotiated with the State, the charge was reduced to Misdemeanor Theft and a Suspended Sentence.

January 4, 2017 – Client charged in Hillsborough Superior Court North for allegedly misappropriating in excess of $40,000. After negotiations between Attorney Bush and the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office, the client was able to avoid any prison or jail time.

January 3, 2017 – Attorney Bush's client was charged in Merrimack District Court with DWI by the State Police. After negotiations with the NH State Police the client pleads guilty to a reduced charge of Reckless Driving.

December 22, 2016 – Client charged with Felony Assault Charges in Hillsborough Superior Court. All charges were dismissed prior to trial.

December 20, 2016 – Client charged in Newburyport District Court with Operating Under the Influence. Attorney Bush was able to negotiate a disposition without a conviction which allowed the New Hampshire driver to keep his New Hampshire operating privileges.

December 13, 2016 – Client charged in Newport NH District Court with Reckless Driving which incurs a minimum mandatory 60-day license loss. Through negotiations Attorney Bush is able to get the charges reduced so there is no license loss for the client.

December 13, 2016 – Client charged in Derry District Court with a Felony Offense of Habitual Offender. After negotiations, Attorney Bush is able to get the charge reduced to a Misdemeanor Operating After Suspension.

December 8, 2016 – Client charged in Nashua District Court with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. After negotiations with the State, the charge is reduced to DWI and client is able to avoid minimum mandatory jail sentence and license loss is significantly reduced.

December 5, 2016 – Client charged in Lebanon District Court with Driving While Intoxicated. After negotiations between Attorney Bush and the police department, the charge is reduced to a Reckless Driving.

December 30, 2016 – Client charged in Portsmouth District Court with Driving While Intoxicated. After negotiations with the State, Attorney Bush had the charges reduced to Reckless Driving.

December 29, 2016 – Client charged in Hillsborough District Court with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Transporting Controlled Drug and a number of other offenses. After negotiations between Attorney Bush and the prosecutor, the Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving and Transporting a Controlled Drug are all dropped and client pleads to reduced charge of Driving While Intoxicated.

December 6, 2016 – Client charged in Hampton District Court and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. After negotiations with the prosecutor, Attorney Bush is able to get the charge reduced to Reckless Driving.

November 21, 2016 – Client is charged in Newburyport District Court with Multiple Felonies, Breaking and Entering, Receiving Stolen Property and Malicious Destruction of Property. After negotiations with the District Attorney, Attorney Bush is able to have all charges dropped against the client.

November 14, 2016 – Client is charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Attorney Bush wins Administrative License Hearing as Hearings Examiner finds State failed to prove by a preponderance of evidence that officer properly informed respondent of his Administrative License Suspension Rights.

November 10, 2016 – Client charged with Reckless Driving in Nashua District Court. After negotiation with Nashua prosecutor the case was reduced to a Moving Violation with a $72.00 fine.

October 27, 2016 – Client charged in Nashua District Court with Aggravated DWI. After negotiating with the Nashua Police Department, the charge was reduced to a DWI.

October 27, 2016 – Client charged in Nashua District Court with Felon in Possession of a Firearm. After negotiations with the prosecutor, Attorney Bush had the case reduced to a Misdemeanor with no jail time.

October 26, 2016 – Client charged in Wrentham District Court with Malicious Destruction of Property, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Attorney Bush gets the Commonwealth to agree to drop Malicious Destruction of Property and Disorderly Conduct. The Resisting Arrest charge gets continued without a finding for 60 days.

September 2016 – Client charged in Rockingham Superior Court with Felonious Sexual Assault. After negotiation with the County Attorney's Office, all sexual assault charges are dropped. Attorney Bush's client agrees to plead guilty to Simple Assault.
