Appeal Filed for New Trial in Brentwood, NH

WMUR 9. Lawyers for Ronald Dow appeal to state Supreme Court.Defense attorneys said Dow deserves a new trial, in part, because of the testimony of the boy’s mother, Jessica Linscott. In the appeal to the state Supreme Court, the defense contended that part of her testimony shouldn’t have been allowed. “The trial court allowed her to testify about abuse that she suffered herself at the hands of Mr. Dow,” defense attorney Chuck Keefe said. “First and foremost, we think that decision was in error.” Watch the full news coverage here.
